EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Out of respect and in order to maintain the credibility gained with its consumers, the company has created an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, and is concerned so that you (customer) obtain an effective, agile and mainly satisfactory.
The delivery time is estimated at the time of purchase and will be contacted from the date of approval of the order, which can take up to 3 (three) business days for credit card payments or 2 (two) business days for purchases made with PIX ou boleto.
If you choose to contact via e-mail or telephone, the form will be sent to you to complete and send together with the piece(s).
The Consumer Protection Code defines a period of seven calendar days, after receiving the product, to withdraw from an online purchase and request its return.

The product returned without this form and/or without communication to the SAC will be resent without prior consultation.
When carrying out the return/exchange process, the customer must, on the back of the invoice to be returned/exchanged, inform the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the person returning, CPF and the date of return.
In the event of a defect in the product received, articles 18 and 26 of the Consumer Protection Code determine the following deadlines for requesting a return or exchange of goods.
There are 30 calendar days for non-durable goods, and 90 calendar days for durable goods, such as electronics.
Respecting the period of 30 days to evaluate the damaged item and take the necessary measures to solve the problem. If this period is exceeded, the consumer can choose one of the following options:
replacement of the product with a similar one;
immediate reversal of the amount paid;
proportional price reduction.
*ATTENTION: To carry out the exchange process, you must be logged in. Return for regret/withdrawal If upon receiving the product, you decide to return it for regret, you must do so within seven calendar days, counting from the date of receipt.
Observing the following conditions: The product cannot show signs of use.
The product should preferably be sent in the original packaging, accompanied by invoice, labels, tags (label with product reference code) duly attached to the product and all its accessories.
